Baked Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Ingredients
- ¾ cup Hellmann's or Best Food's Real Mayonnaise
- ¾ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast cutlets, about 1½ lbs. (or tenders)
- ½ cup Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 2-3 cloves garlic minced
- *optional pinch of red pepper flakes
- *Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- If using Greek yogurt instead of mayo, consider adding some freshly squeezed lemon juice and some extra salt and pepper to the mix to amp up the flavor.
- Place mayo, cheese, and garlic in a small bowl and mix.
- Place chicken on a parchment lined pan or dish (for easier clean up)
- Spread mayo mixture evenly on top of the chicken each
- Sprinkle the bread crumbs on top
- *Salt and pepper to taste
- Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked and the top in lightly browned. You can also finish this off under the broiler for a minute or two to get them extra browned on top.
