Baked Parmesan Crusted Chicken

5 ingredients, 5 minutes of prep time and 20 quick minutes of baking time serves 4-6 Oven 425 degrees F
Ingredients
  • ¾ cup Hellmann's or Best Food's Real Mayonnaise
  • ¾ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast cutlets, about 1½ lbs. (or tenders)
  • ½ cup Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 2-3 cloves garlic minced
  • *optional pinch of red pepper flakes
  • *Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. If using Greek yogurt instead of mayo, consider adding some freshly squeezed lemon juice and some extra salt and pepper to the mix to amp up the flavor.
  2. Place mayo, cheese, and garlic in a small bowl and mix.
  3. Place chicken on a parchment lined pan or dish (for easier clean up)
  4. Spread mayo mixture evenly on top of the chicken each
  5. Sprinkle the bread crumbs on top
  6. *Salt and pepper to taste
  7. Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked and the top in lightly browned. You can also finish this off under the broiler for a minute or two to get them extra browned on top.
