Ingredients
- 2-3 chicken breasts
- ½ cup white sugar
- ½ cup vinegar
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- ½ can of large pineapple chunks
- ½ cup of pineapple juice (from can)
Instructions
- Add to ziploc bag and freeze
- cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours
