Ingredients

• 6 medium russet potatoes
• 1 can Drained kidney beans
• 1 can crushed Tomatos
• 1 diced Onion
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp dried oregano
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 can(10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

1. Brown ground beef
2. slice potatoes
3. Add ingredients to crockpot potatoes first ending with ground beef
4. Mix to combine
5. cook 4 hours on high
6. Add cheese to top and cover to melt
7. Top with green onion and sour cream
8. Serve with corn on the cob
