French Toast Casserole (Freezer Friendly)

Ingredients

• 1/2 loaf or 11 slices of bread cut into chunks (old stale bread is the best)
• 5 eggs
• 2 cups milk
• 4 tbsp sugar
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

1. Spray pan with cooking spray
2. cut bread into bite size chunks and add to pan
3. Mix together eggs, milk, sugar, salt, vanilla and cinnamon
4. pour over bread
5. mix to coat.
6. TO FREEZE: Cover with plastic wrap and freeze
7. TO COOK: add to 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes or until solid in the center.
8. Serve with syrup or powdered sugar
