French Toast Casserole (Freezer Friendly)
Now you have a use for all of those sandwich trimmings! This is so easy and so so yummy. You're gonna love it
Ingredients
- 1/2 loaf or 11 slices of bread cut into chunks (old stale bread is the best)
- 5 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Spray pan with cooking spray
- cut bread into bite size chunks and add to pan
- Mix together eggs, milk, sugar, salt, vanilla and cinnamon
- pour over bread
- mix to coat.
- TO FREEZE: Cover with plastic wrap and freeze
- TO COOK: add to 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes or until solid in the center.
- Serve with syrup or powdered sugar
