Slow-Cooker Beef Stroganoff with Mushrooms
This savory stroganoff recipe includes tender beef in a creamy sauce. If you make this, be prepared for your entire house to smell divine!

Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs beef stew meat
- 8 oz sliced mushrooms
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1 (10.75 oz can) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire
- salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz sour cream
- 12 oz egg noodles (OR rice) cooked
- 1 tbl fresh parsley. chopped
Instructions
- Add beef, diced onion, mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, and Worcestershire sauce to a slow cooker
- season with salt and pepper
- Stir, cover and cook on HIGH for 5-6 hours or until meat is tender
- Before serving, cook egg noodles (or rice)
- When Stroganoff is done, stir in sour cream and spoon over noodles and top with chopped parsley
