Ingredients
- 1 pound of elbow pasta
- 4 cups broth (Chicken or Beef)
- 3 cups of sharp cheese
- ½ to 1 tsp dry mustard (to taste
- ½ cup milk
- 2 tbs butter
Instructions
- Add pasta to your Instant Pot with broth. Push manual and set the timer to 5 minutes. Do a quick release. Stir in milk, butter, mustard. Add cheese and stir until melted (about 3 minutes). Remove from heat and serve.
