Taco soup is a family favorite! It’s quick and easy to throw together, AND delicious! Since this recipe uses many “staple” items you may already have everything you need to make it in your pantry and/or freezer.
1 lb Ground Beef, Turkey, or Chicken
1 Onion, Diced
1 15oz can Kidney Beans
1 15oz Can Pinto Beans
1 15oz Can Corn
2 15oz Cans Diced Tomatoes
1 32oz box Broth
1 oz Ranch Seasoning
1 Packet or 1/4 cup Taco Seasoning
- Dice onion and cook beef.
2.Drain and rinse beans and corn
3. Add Tomatoes, Beans, Corn and spices to meat and onions
4.Add 1 32oz box of Broth
5.Let cook for 1 hour, Serve with Cheese, Sour Cream, and Chips! Enjoy:)
