What For Dinner Wednesday || Mississippi Chicken || Gluten Free

Mississippi Chicken in Slow Cooker (Gluten Free Version)
Serves 6

  • 2 to 3 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 package Gluten Free Turkey Gravy Packet

  • 1 (1oz) package Ranch dressing mix

  • 3/4 stick butter

  • 6 peppers (sliced because that’s what I had on hand)

Place all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours. Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred. Return chicken to slow cooker. Stir and serve with Rice and Veggies.
