In a large skillet, brown ground meat with diced onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until no longer pink, drain grease if needed.
In a large bowl combine the meat mixture with the sour cream both cans of soup, corn green beans and the cheese.
Spread mixture into greased 9x13 freezer save pan
Top with an even layer of tater tots
Wrap with plastic wrap/foil and freeze for up to 6 weeks
TO PREPARE:
Thaw in refrigerator for 1 hour, bake at 350 for 45-50 mins or until tater tops are crispy on top
