CHEESY TOT CASSEROLE

Ingredients
  • 32 oz bag frozen tater tots
  • 1lb ground turkey (or beef)
  • ½ diced medium onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • 1 10oz can condensed cream of cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 10 oz can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 15oz can corn drained
  • 1 15oz can green beans, drained
Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, brown ground meat with diced onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until no longer pink, drain grease if needed.
  2. In a large bowl combine the meat mixture with the sour cream both cans of soup, corn green beans and the cheese.
  3. Spread mixture into greased 9x13 freezer save pan
  4. Top with an even layer of tater tots
  5. Wrap with plastic wrap/foil and freeze for up to 6 weeks
TO PREPARE:
  1. Thaw in refrigerator for 1 hour, bake at 350 for 45-50 mins or until tater tops are crispy on top
