Turkey Black Bean Chili
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 15oz cans tomato sauce
- 14.5oz can petite diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can corn
- 1 diced onion
- 2 cans black beans (15oz each), drained and rinsed
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- pinch of crushed red pepper flakes (to taste)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into your choice of freezer container. Freeze for up to 3 months.
- To cook, Place in warm water for a few minutes then add to instant pot
- Seal the lid, close the valve, and set the Manual/Pressure Cook button to 25 minutes.
- Or cook in slow cooker for 6 hours on low.
- Use a quick pressure release. When the valve drops, carefully remove the lid and stir, breaking up the turkey.
- Before serving, garnish each portion
