EASY Crockpot Chicken and Dumplings
Ingredients
- 2 10.5 oz cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 10.5 oz can chicken broth
- 1 chopped onion
- ½ cup celery
- ½ cup of carrots
- ½ tsp poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 lbs. of boneless skinless thighs stir into sauce
- 1 or 2 cans or biscuit dough
Instructions
- Add all ingredient except bicsuits to crockpot
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours
- Shred chicken in crockpot
- Flatten 1 to 2 cans of refrigerated biscuits of your choice and cut into bite size pieces.
- Scatter biscuit pieces on top of mixture cover and cook for an additional 60 minutes.
- Stir and serve with parsley and green beans.
