SWEET CRANBERRY CHICKEN

Ingredients
- 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
- 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 8oz French dressing
- 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 1lb bag baby carrots
- 1 small onion (diced)
Instructions
FREEZER MEAL INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add in chicken
- Pour in French dressing
- sprinkle in onion soup mix
- Add the entire can of cranberry sauce
- Add 1lb bag of baby carrots
- Top with chopped onion
TO PREPARE:
- Thaw in the bag overnight in the refrigerator or quickly in a bowl of water
- Transfer into a slow cooker
- Cook on low for 5-6 hours (careful not to overcook)
- When cooked through, remove, shred then add chicken pack into the slow cooker
- Serve over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes
