Meal Stretching Garlic Fried Rice
Ingredients
- 4 cups day old rice
- 1/2 lb meat of your choice
- 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
- 3 eggs
- 2-3 cloves crushed garlic
- 2 green onions
- soy sauce
- salt
- pepper
- hoisin sauce
Instructions
- Use oil to cook cubed up chicken 3-5 minutes. Remove from pan
- add frozen veggies and green onion to pan and cook till softened. Add garlic and move to the side.
- Add scrambled eggs to the empty side of the pan and cook. When done combine veggies and eggs together
- add cooked chicken back to pan along with rice, stir to combine.
- stir in soy sauce and hoisin sauce and add salt and pepper to taste.
