Rainbow Rice Krispy “SUSHI” Roll

Ingredients

• 15 oz (1.5 bags) mini marshmallows
• 6 tablespoons butter, plus more to grease pan
• 6 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
• purple blue, green, yellow, orange and red gel food coloring

Instructions

1. grease a 12 x 18 inch baking pan. and line with parchment paper
2. Equally divide the marshmallows into 6 glass bowls.
3. add 1 tbsp butter into each bowl of marshmallows.
4. Do the next steps 1 color at a time
5. Heat marshmallows about 60 seconds until melted.
6. Remove and stir.
7. Add 1 gel color (starting with red) to one bowl and stir until well combined.
8. Stir 1 cup of Rice Krispies Cereal into marshmellow mixture
9. put cereal treat mixture out of the bowl to the lined pan and stretch it along the long edge of the pan.
10. Flatten it into a 2 inch wide strip.
11. Repeat above steps with each color
12. flip the pan over to remove the rainbow rice krispie treat and Peel the paper off.
13. Begin rolling the treat along the long edge.
14. Roll it, pressing together, until you have an 18 inch long log.
15. Using a serrated knife, cut the roll into 1" slices and enjoy!
