Ingredients

  • 1 white cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • splash of vanilla
  • 1 container Frosting
  • Gel food coloring
  • Rainbow sour belt candy

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix with hand mixer.
  2. Divide batter into 6 separate bowls.
  3. Use food coloring to color batter.
  4. Add about 1.5 tsp of each batter color to the cupcake liners one at a time. The batter is thick so you will
  5. need to help it spread out flat before adding the next color. I used a small bowl of water to
  6. dip my finger in so the batter didn't stick to my glove.
  7. Bake according to the package directions, until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Frost with your favorite frosting. (colored blue, with some extra white for clouds)
  9. For the final touch, add 1 rainbow sour belt arching from cloud to cloud
