Slow Cooker Italian Meatball Soup
This easy and so yummy Italian meatball soup is sure to be a family favorite!
Ingredients
- 1 (32oz) bag frozen meatballs (I like turkey)
- 4 cups low-sodium beef broth
- 2 cans (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 medium potatoes, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 package (16 ounces) frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients and stir
- Cook on high or 3-4 hours or low for 5-6 hours
- Optional, top with Parmesan cheese before serving
