Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter, or wow butter for nut free
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups rolled oats
- Pinch of salt
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
- 2-4 teaspoons water
Instructions
- 1. Add all ingredients to medium bowl and mix together
- 2. Roll into 1 inch balls
- 3. If mixture is too dry add more water, if too wet add more oats
- 4. Store at room temperature for up to 3 days or in refrigerator for up to a week
