White Bean Chicken Taco Chili
Perfect for those frigid winter nights. Just toss everything in your Slow Cooker... it really can’t get any easier than that!

Ingredients
- 1.5-2 lbs Chicken breast
- 1 can Great Northern beans
- 1 can Cannellini beans
- 2 cups broth - Better Than Bullion
- 1 onion
- ¼ cup mild Salsa Verde
- ¼ cup Taco seasoning
- fiesta cheese blend
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in the Crock Pot. (except toppings)
- Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours (or high 3- 4).
- Once finished, remove chicken and shred.
- Stir chicken back in the Crock Pot.
- Serve with your favorite toppings.
