FREEZER FRENCH TOAST

- • 24 slices bread – I like to use wheat sandwich bread
- • 12 eggs
- • 2 cups milk
- • 2 tsp vanilla extract
- • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- • Cooking oil spray or butter
Instructions
- Directions:
- 1. Mix together the eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar & cinnamon
- 2. Dip the slices of bread quickly into the egg mixture.
- 3. Place the slices of bread onto a hot griddle that’s been coated in melted butter or sprayed with non stick spray
- Serve the French toast immediately with a little butter and, either powdered sugar or syrup.
- • Let French Toast cool completely
- • Place in a single layer on a baking sheet, waxed paper, parchment paper or even aluminum foil.
- • Next, place in the in freezer for about 30 to 40 minutes
- • Remove the FROZEN French Toast slices and place in a freezer safe bag.
- To reheat frozen French Toast
- Remove from freezer and heat up in the microwave, oven or toaster.
