DIY Edible Christmas Gifts

Coco nutty Brownies

1¼ cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
½ cup cocoa powder
½ cup shredded coconut
½ cup milk chocolate chips

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9×9 inch baking dish and set aside.  Pour entire contents of jar into a large mixing bowl and stir to combine. Add ½ cup of melted butter, 3 eggs and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract. Mix well. Bake for between 20 and 25 minutes. Serve hot…with ice cream

 

Christmas S’More Brownies

1¼ cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
½ cup cocoa powder
½ cup graham crackers, crumbled
Christmas tree marshmallows

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9×9 inch baking dish and set aside.  Pour entire contents of jar into a large mixing bowl and stir to combine. Add ½ cup of melted butter, 3 eggs and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract. Mix well. Bake for between 20 and 25 minutes. Serve hot…with ice cream

 

COOKES

Peppermint Cookies

1½ cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
1/2 cup mint M&M’s
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions (Print and attach these to each jar)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix 1/2 cup melted butter, 1 egg and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Add the entire jar of cookie mix and stir together. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheets and bake for 12-14 minutes. Enjoy!

 

Everything Elf Cookies

1½ cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ cup red and green m&m’s
½ cup brown sugar
1/3 cup red and green sprinkles
½ cup white sugar
½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions (Print and attach these to each jar)

COCOA

Candy Cane Hot Cocoa

1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup powdered milk
1 cup milk chocolate chips
¾ cup crushed candy canes
1 cup mini marshmallows

 

Salted Caramel Hot Cocoa

1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup powdered milk
1 cup milk chocolate chips
3/4 cup white caramel filled chocolate candy (like Hershey kisses)
1 cup mini marshmallows
