Instant Pot Breakfast Burrito
Instant pot and Silicon trays for the WIn! these egg bars are the perfect filling for a breakfast burrito, YUM YUM!
Ingredients
- 10 eggs
- 3 tbsp half-and-half
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 8 oz cooked sausage crumbled
- 1 1/2 cups taco blend cheese
- 10 flour tortillas
- Silicone bar pan
- Optional: Diced Green Chili
- salsa
Instructions
- combine eggs, half and half, salt and pepper
- Add 2 tbsp sausage crumbles to silicone pan
- divide egg mixture evenly between silicon pans
- top with alum foil
- add 1 cup water to instant pot then stack pans on rack in instant pot.
- COOK on manual for 12 minutes and natural release for 8 minutes.
- ASSEMBLE: add cooked egg bar to tortilla with cheese and wrap it up.
- To FREEZE: lay on sheet and put in freezer for 2 hours. Remove to gallon freezer bag.
- TO REHEAT: wrap one burrito in a paper towel and microwave for 60 seconds or until warmed through.
