Crock Pot Hawaiian Barbecue Meatballs

Crock Pot Hawaiian Barbecue Meatballs

Hawaiian Style Barbecue Chicken Meatballs are an awesome appetizer and can also be served in tons of other ways for a delicious and flavor packed meal.

Ingredients

  • 21 oz bottle barbecue sauce
  • 1 20 oz can pineapple chunks, drained with 1/4 cup juice reserved.
  • 5 cloves garlic pressed
  • 4 green onions chopped
  • 2 lbs frozen meatballs

Instructions

  1. Combine the barbecue sauce, pineapple chunks, reserved pineapple juice, garlic and green onions and stir to combine.
  2. Add meatballs to the slow cooker and cover with sauce.
  3. Cook on high for 2-3 hours, or low for 4-6 hours or until they reach 165?F.
  4. Serve with rice or on a hotdog bun
  5. Garnish with chopped green onion and pieces of pinapple.
